One of the cables doesn't work

One of the cables sent to us doesn't work. The other two work fine.

UPDATE: I originally sent a two-star review because one of the cables didn't work. The other two worked fine and even worked on the computer where the other cable wasn't working. I gave my two-star review and assumed that I'd have to order another cable, but their customer support team reached out to me before I could order again and made it right. Excellent customer service, and the cables now work excellent. Thanks Again.

Good support

Great customer service, responsive. Bought the standard cables but they didn't work for me, Mike from support team recommended active adapters and now everything works perfect.
I would probably go straight for the active ones and save yourself the headache.
